Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Timeline

All rented outfits must be returned within 24 to 48 hours of your event date.

Late returns will incur a late fee of ₹[Insert Fee]/day unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Return Condition

Outfits must be returned in the same condition as rented. Minor wear is acceptable, but major damages, tears, stains, or missing accessories will result in a damage fee or full cost recovery of the outfit.

Do not attempt to clean the outfit yourself; we handle professional cleaning.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refund available for cancellations made at least 5 days before the booking date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 2–4 days of the event.
• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹[Insert Amount] is required per outfit. Deposit will be refunded within 2–5 business days after the outfit is returned and inspected.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made at least 3 days prior to the rental date, subject to availability. Once rented, outfits are non-transferable to another user without prior approval.

6. Late/Missed Returns

If the outfit is not returned and no communication is made, it will be considered a lost item and you will be charged the full retail value of the outfit.
