1. Cancellation Window
No refund: Cancellation not available after booking the outfit.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact us through:

- Email: [Your Email Address]
Include your booking ID, name, and reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
For cash deposits, refunds can be collected in-store or via UPI transfer.
4. Non-Cancellable Cases
No cancellation or refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of pick-up)
- "No show" on the rental day
- Customized fittings or altered outfits
